Happiness isn’t automagical...

It’s reward for doing something well. Fitness, meditation, sex, drugs, whatever healthier or not, can only mitigate pain, but it’s not real problem solver. For example obesity (simplified example ofc), the problem isn’t someone being fat. Being fat is just a consequence of not having enough harmony in your life, because moving body is inherent part of life. Yes, awareness is the key to realize, that something in your live is wrong. But it’s not enough. The hard thing is — you have to change your self. Nothing else really help. And that’s hard and that’s why people suffer from depression. Because, who want to honestly admit weak will?
Realize you have a problem. In future I believe hapiness will be measurable. It’s just a some chemical process in our body.
Know what to do with that. Do I feel like bad parent? Ok, then I should spent more quality time with children, etc. What does it mean “quality time” I think app can help.
